Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Karşılaş mobile application (iOS and Android, Bundle ID: com.karsilas.app) provided by Parevo ("Company", "we", "us").

By downloading, creating an account, or using the application, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you must not use the application.

Karşılaş is a social platform that helps users find companions for concerts and social events. Features include:

• Event discovery and participation
• Match requests between users
• Individual and group messaging
• Group creation and group chats
• Ride-share matching (carpool listings)
• Ticket buy/sell listings
• Women-only matching mode (optional profile setting)
• User blocking and reporting

Karşılaş is solely an intermediary platform. The Company:

• Does not provide transportation services; ride-share listings occur between users
• Does not sell or guarantee tickets; ticket listings occur between users
• Is not responsible for organizing, canceling, or the content of events
• Is not responsible for the safety of in-person meetings between users
• Is not a party to disputes between users

Karşılaş is intended only for individuals aged 18 and over. By using the application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Accounts belonging to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately upon detection.

• You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Each person may create only one account

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using misleading, false, or another person's information
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech
• Sharing illegal content or facilitating illegal activities
• Sending spam, advertising, or unsolicited commercial content
• Sharing others' personal data without permission
• Interfering with the application's technical infrastructure
• Using automated bots or scripts
• Fraud, fake tickets, or misleading listings
• Sharing sexual or obscene material
• Sharing content that infringes copyright

You are responsible for content you upload to the application (profile photos, messages, listings, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use such content for the purpose of providing the service.

We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content without prior notice.

We may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Complaints from other users
• Suspected illegal activity
• Behavior that threatens platform security
• Prolonged inactivity
• You may delete your account at any time from within the app; account deletion is irreversible

The Karşılaş name, logo, design, software, and all content are the intellectual property of Parevo. They may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.

Karşılaş is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for event cancellations, changes, or inaccurate information
• We are not liable for travel safety, accidents, or physical harm
• We are not liable for ticket fraud or fake listings
• We are not liable for disputes between users
• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss
• We are not liable for interruptions of third-party services (Spotify, Ticketmaster, etc.)

You agree to indemnify us against all claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the application.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over disputes.
